Hoop Dance for Fun and Fitness (w/ Lulu Hoop)
@ IVC in Irvine. Tuesday nights 7pm starting Oct 20th!
Classes will cover some of the basic foundation moves used in Hoop Dance, including hooping at the waist, hips, neck, arms and hands, as well as basic reversals and some fun off body moves/tricks. Emphasis will be on connecting with your hoop and your body, learning how to dance with your hoop, using it as a tool to express yourself, meditating with the hoop and just having silly silly FUN! :-D There will be a mixture of learning/drilling moves, games, combos, free styling and meditation.
This class will get you on the path to building core strength, heart health, flexibiltiy and FUN in your life! :-D Class runs 6 weeks, Tuesday nights from 7-8:30 pm, starting Oct 20th and running through Nov 24th. Cost is only $60 for the whole session, plus a $4 material fee to go towards the hoops I will be providing. You can also purchase a hoop from me, custom or used, and you will be refunded the $4 fee. :-)
